Refund policy

If you have purchased a Product for your own personal use as a consumer and you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract or there is damage upon arrival of your delivery, you must notify our customer service (by email: customerservice@jessyshopping. com) within 14 days from the day following the delivery by e-mail and request a return or report your damage. (no return possible for custom products) If our Customer Service approves this request, they will provide you with the necessary instructions for the return by e-mail or discuss how we will rectify the damage. After approval, the article must be returned within a period of 5 days in the original packaging, in undamaged and unused condition and with sufficient postage, together with the invoice to our address:

Unapproved, incomplete or insufficiently stamped returns will not be credited.

Items returned to us under the conditions described above will be refunded by us within ten working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If it concerns an item that was incorrectly delivered by JessySHOPPING.com, we will take care of the shipping costs.
