General terms and conditions of sale

1. APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders and sales transactions through the jessyshopping.com website relating to the products offered on the jessyshopping.com website. The website jessyshopping.com is owned and operated by Jessy Pieters. Jessy Pieters has its registered office at 9255 Buggenhout, Ter Hoeven 21 and is registered in the Kruispuntbank der Ondernemingen (KBO) under VAT number BE0817.389.801.By placing an order on jessyshopping.com you accept these terms and conditions of sale in full and without reservation. The Vendor reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of sale from time to time. Any amendments to the terms and conditions of sale will only apply to orders placed on or after the date of amendment.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to inform Jessy Pieters that he renounces the purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product. If you wish to invoke this option, you must return the goods at your own risk and expense to Jessy Shopping, Ter Hoeven 21, 9255 Buggenhout, Belgium.
3. PRICES
All prices stated are in Euro (€) and do not include shipping costs. All prices are per item, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are clearly indicated separately. An order is always subject to the price and action stated at the time of the order. Jessy Shopping reserves the right to change and correct product prices and product information. If a short time later a product already purchased turns out to be discounted, no claim can be made for a refund of the price difference. Although we have built jessyshopping.com with due care, errors may occur in the prices displayed on the jessyshopping.com website. Any incorrectly displayed prices will be corrected by us as soon as possible and will in any case not be binding on us.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are indicated in the shopping basket according to the country of the shipping address. If the shipping cost for the customer's country is not yet shown, please contact us to receive the correct rate.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Jessy Pieters tries to make the product descriptions and photographic material as clear and correct as possible. Information about the articles (e.g. sizes and materials), is always indicative. The display of the colours of the Products on this website depends, among other things, on the settings of the monitor and the graphic card of the website visitor. Consequently, colours shown may differ from the actual colours of the Products. When articles are smaller or larger than usual, this is mentioned on the site to the extent possible. You can always get additional explanations about our offer by contacting us.
6. RETURNS & DAMAGE ON DELIVERY
6.1
If you have purchased a Product for your own personal use as a consumer and you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract or there is damage on arrival of your delivery, you must notify our customer service department (by e-mail: customerservice@jessyshopping.com) within 14 days from the day following delivery via e-mail and submit a request for return or report your damage. (no return possible for custom-made products) If our Customer Service approves this request, they will give you the necessary instructions for the return or discuss how we will rectify the damage by e-mail . After approval, the item must be returned within 5 days in its original packaging, in undamaged and unused condition and sufficiently stamped, together with the invoice to our address:

Unapproved, incomplete or insufficiently stamped returns will not be credited.
6.3
Items returned to us under the conditions described above will be refunded by us within a period of ten working days. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If it concerns an item that was incorrectly delivered by Jessy Pieters, we will bear the shipping costs.
7. DELIVERY
Products are only delivered to the countries for which the website allows delivery. Jessy Pieters endeavours to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Erroneously communicated delivery addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser and may give rise to additional costs.
Unless otherwise stipulated, our prices do not include transport and delivery of the goods to the purchaser. Transport and delivery costs are stated separately.
The stated delivery times are not binding, but are given merely as an indication. No delay in delivery can give rise to cancellation of the purchase or payment of damages in favour of the buyer, except in cases of deliberate delay.
We are entitled to make partial deliveries.
In case of non-delivery of the goods, any sums paid by the buyer will be refunded without interest or other compensation.
We check our items before sending them and ensure proper packaging. The customer undertakes to check the order upon delivery. Never accept packaging that is obviously damaged in transit and check your shipment immediately upon receipt. We check every shipment before it leaves our warehouse. If you do notice any damage to the items you ordered, we ask that you inform us immediately, if possible we also ask you to e-mail us a photo of the damaged item. Never throw away the postal packaging before you have determined that your shipment is in good condition and never return a package already received without first contacting us.
8. PRIVACY
8.1
Jessy Shopping makes use of cookies. Cookies consist of a standard internet technology that allows certain information to be stored and accessed on the user's system. Cookies cannot be used to identify individuals; a cookie can only identify a machine. Any Internet user can set their computer to not accept cookies. If your computer does not accept cookies, you may encounter problems during the ordering process. Should this be the case, please contact us so that we can still process your order.
8.2
Ordering from Jessy Shopping requires you to provide us with your customer details. Jessy Pieters uses this data for the administration of your order, managing your orders, deliveries and invoices, following up payments, its own advertising campaigns and newsletters. Your details will not be passed on, hired out or sold to third parties. As a buyer, you always have the right to inspect and correct this data.
9. GUARANTEE
Our warranty is limited to the warranty for hidden defects and the warranty for consumer purchases, both provided for in the Civil Code. We are only liable for damage that is not the result of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for general or special indirect damage of any kind suffered by the buyer.
10. DELAY
We shall not be liable for any delay in the performance or non-performance of our obligations due to events beyond our normal control, including production interruptions, difficulties in acquiring or shortages of raw materials, labour, energy or transport or delays in transport, strikes, lock-outs, work interruptions or other collective labour disputes affecting either ourselves or our suppliers, even if these events are foreseeable.

12. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Sale are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Dendermonde, Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction.
